Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Order Tracking

Multiple Shipments

Incorrect Addresses

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Tiana Michele is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.


International Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.


Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.

No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
